I use Paint Shop 9 for my tutorials,you should know your way
around in paint shop to use this tutorial...
~¤This is what we are going to make¤~
*~Supplies Needed~*
Tube of choice i used the gorjuss art of Celine Art you can get the tubes Here
Scrap kit used Witchy by Bibi Collection you can find her amazing kits Here
Template used template 121 by Millie, you can download it on her blog Here
*~Filter Used~*
Eye Candy 4 - Gradient Glow
Dsb Flux - Bright Noise
Xero - Fritillary
*~Font i used~*
Forelle
Ok let us start...
Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original.
Make layer 1 active and add fritillary to it by using your Xero filter.
With these settings: 4 - 30 - 20 - 31
Add some gradient glow to it with a 50/50 white and dark purple color 3.00 width.
Add bright noise to it intensity: 45 Mix
Make layer 2 active and add fritillary to it by using your Xero filter.
With these settings: 4 - 30 - 20 - 31
Add some gradient glow to it with a 50/50 white and dark purple color 3.00 width.
Add bright noise to it intensity: 45 Mix
Make layer 3 active and add a new raster layer, flood fill with a purple color.
add fritillary to it by using your Xero filter.

Make layer 4 active and add a new raster layer, flood fill with a purple color.

Make layer 5 acitve and add a new raster layer, flood fill with a black color.
add fritillary to it by using your Xero filter.
With these settings: 4 - 30 - 20 - 31

Make layer 6 acitve and add a new raster layer, flood fill with a black color.

Make layer 7 active and open paper 1 (moon) add as a new layer, invert and delete.
make the layer 7 active again,invert and delete.
Add some gradient glow to it with a 50/50 white and dark purple color 3.00 width.
Add bright noise to it intensity: 45 Mix
Open tube of choice and add as a new layer.
Open element 33 and paste as a new layer on top of layer 7 duplicate and mirror.
Open element 8 and paste on top of layer 5 duplicate and mirror.
Open element 41 resize to 85% and change the color on the frame to black or purple.
Paste it as a new layer.
Open element 56 and paste as a new layer were you want it.
Open element 11 and paste it down in the left corner.
Open element 14 and paste it onto the curtains, duplicate,mirror.
Open element 10 resize to 40% paste it were you want it.
Open element 78 and paste on top of the crystal ball.
Add copyright, tagname and word art and we are done!
