I use paint shop 9 for my tutorials
You should know your way around in paint shop to use this tutorial...
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE GOING TO MAKE!
TOOLS NEEDED
Tube of choice i am using the art of Jasmine Becket Griffith you can buy HERE
(Please do not use this tube without a license to do so!!!)
Scrap Kit used "Enchanted" By Bibi you can find the kit HERE
Template By Tracy
Font used: fely
Plugins used Xero - EyeCandy4000
OK LET US START!
Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.
Start with circle mark and open paper 9
Steal a purple color from the paper
Now go to gradient glow
With these settings:
Glow Width: 11.00
Soft Corners: 25%
Overall Opacity: 100
Now move up to rectangle mark and open paper 4 and resize to 70%
and paste as a new layer.
Open element 54 and paste as a new layer on top of all layers.
Now open element 1 paste as a new selction on circle make sure it shown behind the dragon then duplicate and mirror it.
Open element 89 and resize to 34% and paste on the rectangle layer behind the dragon and duplicate and mirror.
Open element 82 and paste behind the dragon.
go to rectangle layer mark and open element 80 and paste as a new layer and use your moving tool to move it so it looks like gras behind the dragon.
Open element 53 resize to 34% and paste behind the dragon.
Open element 47 and paste it as a new layer behind the dragon.
set opacity on the layer to 74%
Open element 28 resize to 27% and paste in top corner of the rectangle.
Open element 26 paste as a new layer behind the dragon duplicate and flip and mirror and set layer opacity to 52%
Open element 88 and paste as a new layer on the bottom layer.
Then add copyright info and signature and we are done=)

Plugins used Xero - Unplugged X - EyeCandy4000
OK LET US START!
Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.
Start at the bottom mark layer "top black square and open paper 13 and add as a new layer.
Then move up to bottom black square mark and open paper 13 and add as a new layer.
Now go to rectangle layer and mark then add a new raster layer and choose a silver
grey color and flood fill with it.
Use dbs flux - bright noise
With these settings: Intensity 41 Lighter
Then go to xero - fritillary
With these settings: 5 - 30 - 10 - 30
Move up to top red circle mark and open paper 19 and paste as a new layer.
Then bottom red circle and open paper 19 again and paste as a new layer.
Mark top round rectangle and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer.
Move up to bottom rectangle mark and open paper 7 again and paste as a new layer.
Move up to circle mark and open paper 9 and paste as a new layer.
Now you go to gradient glow and do this to all the tempalte layers.
First you choose the color white
With these settings:
Gradient glow: 3.00
Soft Corners: 25
Overall Opacity: 100
Strong white half way on scale.
After you have done this to all template layer you
Choose color black
With these settings:
Gradient glow: 3.00
Soft Corners: 25
Overall Opacity: 100
Strong black over half way on scale.
Then you open tube of choice and paste as a new layer
and go to xero - radience
With these settings: 66 - 95 - 58 - 193
Open splatter and paste as a new layer on the background layer,
duplicate and mirror, duplicate again and flip and duplicate and mirror.
Open sparkle and paste as a new layer on the circle layer.
Open screw and resize to 24% and paste were you want it.
Open ribbon 1 and resize to 47% and paste were you want it.
Open glitter scatter and paste as a new layer on the background layer and duplicate and flip.
Open glitter trail and paste as a new layer on top of bottom and top round rectangle.
Then you choose your font and write Naughty Or Nice.
Add copyright and signature and we are done=)

Now move up to square top and use your dropping tool to steal a orange color from paper 7 and add a new raster layer and flood fill with the color you have choicen.
Go to xero - fritillary
With these settings: 5 - 33 - 19 - 53
Now move to square bottom and use your dropping tool to steal a orange color from paper 7 and add a new raster layer and flood fill with the color you have choicen.
Go to xero - fritillary
With these settings: 5 - 33 - 19 - 53
Now move up to round rectangle top and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer.
Then to round rectangle bottom and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer.
Now move up to round rectangle and open paper 14 and paste as a new layer.
Now open the tube of choice and paste it as a new layer.
Then go to xero - radience
With these settings: 96 - 22 - 62 - 154
Open tree 2 and paste it as a new layer duplicate and merge.
Open sparkles and paste as a new layer on top of round rectangle.
Open cloud and paste it were you like,
open flower 1 and paste it were you like.
Now add word art and copyright and we are done!

Open tube you have choicen and use the face of it and paste as a new layer.

Now move up to 3 garadient rectangles layer and mark use your dropper tool steal a color from the tube, and flood fill with the color you have choosen.
Go to xero - fritillary
Settings: 4 - 71 - 43 - 34
Open tube of choice and paste as new layer on top of all layers.
Go to plugins - xero - porcelain
Settings: 50 - 128 - 128 - 0 - 0 - 255
Now open element 12 paste up on 3 gradient rectangles layer,
duplicate and flip.
Open a new canvas 766 x 600
flood fill with black, add mask of choice
and merge.
Duplicate and move duplicated mask layer on top of pink rectangle.
Open element 4 and paste as new layer on top of all layers
Gradient Glow : 3.00
Open element 18 and paste were you want.
Gradient Glow: 3.00
Open element 60 and paste on top of 3 dotted black rectangles
Gradient Glow: 3.00
Open element 71 and paste on top of pink rectangle, duplicate and flip.
Choose font and size 48 stroke width 1,0
Write "Your Pain Is My Pleasure"
and go to gradient glow
Settings: Gradient Width: 6.75 Soft Corners: 25
Overall Opacity: 100
Then go to plugins - dbs flux - spider web
Settings: 12 - 7 - 50
Now add copyright and we are done!

Now move up to rounded rectangle mark and open paper 2 paste as new layer.
Now go to unplugged x - interlace

Move up to Circle mark and open paper 1 and paste as new layer.
Now open paper 18 and use this with mask of choice..
Paste your tube as a new layer.
Open kiss my shamrock word art and paste as new layer on top of rounded rectangle.
open sparkles 2 and paste as new layer on top of circle.
open leaves and paste as a new layer on top of circle
open butterfly paste were you like.
Open frame 2 resize 70% and paste as new layer on top of circle.
Now add word art, signature and copyright and you are done!

Open pandorable word art and paste as a new layer on top of rectangle.

Open element frame 1 and add to layer circle as a new layer.
open barbed heart and paste as a new layer were you ewant it.
open wire and paste as a new layer on glitter circle
Open chain and add were you want it.

open flame and rotate it and paste on top of rectangle.
mirror it.
Now you add the text "i m not messy i am creative" with the font you choosen and add signature and copyright

Mask of choice
Plugin used: Xero, eyecandy4000
Font Used: Sergo prin
OK LET US START!
Ok open up the template shift +d to duplicate it close out the original.
Start with deleting these layers: gray left strip, gray strip, black left strip, black right strip...
Now start from the bottom with the layer side backs, open tube of choice and paste into the frames.
Duplicate and mirror the duplicatet layer.
Now right click and go to properties - luminance legacy
Then go to plugins - xero - radience
With these settings: 157 - 123 - 208 - 248
Now move up to side frames and mark and open paper 6 add as new layer and merge down, now go plugins - dbs flux - spider web
With these settings: 180 - 57 - 66
Now go to frame back and mark open paper 4 and add the tube of choose as a new layer, duplicate it and move up to top.
Now go to the top and remove overflood of tube to make it look like she is standing out of the frame. Use your free hand tool to do so..
Now right click and go to properties - screen
Then go to plugins - xero - radience
With these settings: 36 - 66 - 119- 217
Now move up to big frame mark and open paper 6 again paste as new layer merge down and go to plugins - dbs flux - spider web
With these settings: 180 - 57 - 66
Use the paper 4 and add a mask of choice duplicate and mirror it.
Open element 12 and resize to 70% and paste as a new layer on top of mask layer. duplicate it and go to plugins - dbs flux - bright noise
With these settings: Intensity : 33 Mix
Open element 21 paste were you want it duplicate and mirror it.
Open element 22 and paste it in every corner of the tag and merge down.
Open element 25 and paste in front of all layers on the bottom of the big frame layer.
Open element 67 and paste on top of the tube layer behind the flower layers and duplicate and mirror.
Now merge down and go to plugins - eyecandy4000 - gradient glow
With these settings: color white: Glow width: 3.00 Soft Corners: 56 Overall Opacity: 78
Now open element 59 and paste it into the sidebacks layers as you like ¨to make a water effect.
Open element 60 paste were you want it.
Open element 57 and paste it behind flowers,ferns and seastars.
Open element 53 and paste it on top of big frame layer set opacity to 62
Now find the lyrics/word art you want to add and do that.
Add copyright and signature and we are done=)

Move up to layer Upper Right Circle 2 and mark and open paper 21
and paste as new layer and merge down.
Go to plugins - xero - fritillary

And then Lower Left Circle 2 mark and open paper 21
and paste as new layer and merge down.
Go to plugins - xero - fritillary

Now go to pink circle layer and open paper 16 paste as new layer and merge.

Now move up to layer Frame Back Left open tube of chocie and mark and add the part you want from the tube as a new layer.
duplicate the the tube layer and go to properties and choose luminance legacy.
Now go to plugins - unplugged x - interlace
With these settings: 2 - 46 - 15 - 1 - 0 - 1 - 0 Darken
now go to Frame Back Right and do the same.
Now open paper 2 and use the mask of choice
then duplicate and mirror it.
Now open up the tube you are going to use and paste as a new layer
then go to plugins - xero - radience
With these settings: 0 - 124 - 106 - 255
Open wire and paste as a new layer on pink circle.
open sparkles and paste as a new layer behind the tube layer and duplicate and flip it.
open glitter 2 and paste as a new layer on Lower Right Rectangle.
open flower1 and paste on top of all layers were you want it.
Now you open the font you want to use and Write "Bad Girls Do It Better"
Add copyright and signature and you are done:o)

Move up to layer 5 and go to plugins - xero - fritillary

Do the same to layer 6
Go to layer 7 and mark and flood fill with white
move up to layer 1 and go to layers- new adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness
With these settings: Choose color cyan
hue: 0 saturation: -100 lightness: 100
Go to layer 7 open tube close up of choice and paste it as a new layer
go to plugins - xero - radience
With these settings: 34 - 75 - 213 - 217
Then go to vander lee- unplugged x - interlace
With these settings: 2 - 46 - 15 - 1 - 0 - 1
stay on layer 7 and find some lyrics you want to put into the frame.
open sparkle2 and add to both layer 6 and 5
open web and paste on layer 8 duplicate - flip -mirror
Now you paste the tube of choice and go to plugins - xero - porcelain
With these settings: 50 - 128 - 176 - 106 - 124 - 112
Open up a new canvas flodd fill with black and add your mask
duplicate mirror and flip.
Add copyright and name and we are done!

With these settings: Intensity: 45 Darker
Then add a drop shadow
With these settings: H 2 V 2 Opacity 60 Blur 4
change the H&V to -2
Now move up to layer "pink square" mark and open paper 10
add as a new layer - invert and delete.
Then go to plugins - xero - fritillary
With these settings: 5 - 32 - 52 - 131
Now move up to layer "small square1" mark and open paper 9 add as new layer.
Then go to plugins - xero - fritillary
With these settings: 5 - 32 - 52 - 131
Then add a drop shadow
With these settings: H -2 V -2 Opacity 60 Blur 4
Now move up to layer "small square2" mark and open paper 9 add as new layer.
Then go to plugins - xero - fritillary
With these settings: 5 - 32 - 52 - 131
Then add a drop shadow
With these settings: H -2 V -2 Opacity 60 Blur 4
Go to layer "center circle" mark and open paper 4 paste as new layer
do the same to layer "left circle and right circle" to.
Then go to xero - fritillary
With these settings: 5 - 32 - 18 - 67
Go to layer "right circle and add drop shadow
With these settings: H 2 V 2 Opacity 60 Blur 4
Then go to layer "right circle" and add drop shadow
With these settings: H -2 V -2 Opacity 60 Blur 4
Then go to layer "center circle" and add drop shadow
With these settings: H -2 V -2 Opacity 60 Blur 4
Then again but this time
With these settings: H -2 V -2 Opacity 60 Blur 4
Now you go to layer "center rec" and open up the tube of choice and use a part of the tube then mark, add as new layer - invert and delete
same to the "left rec" and "right rec"
then right click -properties - luminance legacy duplicate and go to properties again and choose screen.
Do the same to the tube layer on "left rec" and "right rec"
Then you go to tube layer "center rec" plugins - VanDer Lee - Unplugged X - Interlace
With these settings: 1- 50 -50 -1 - 0 - 50 Transparency: 0 Normal
Do this again to "left rec" and "right rec" tube layers.
Then take the tube of choice and paste it as a new layer on top of all layers,
move it with your moving tool were you want it to be.
Then you open paper 4 and go to layers - load/save mask and find the mask you want to use then you add it to the background layer.
Open element 100 (shell) and paste it on the layer under the tube layer on the bottom.
open element 104 and paste it on top of the close up background.
duplicate it and mirror.
open element 47 and paste it on top of the right rectangle and again on each sides.
open element 91 and paste it on top of pink square layer and go to
Eyecandy4000 - Gradient Glow
With these settings: Glow Width: 3.00 Soft Corners: 25
Overall Opacity: 100
Open the sand element and paste it under the tube layer.
duplicate and move it what you think looks best.
Add copyright and name and you are done :o)

I use paint shop 9 for my tutorials.

Tube of choice im using art Zlata M of you can find her art HERE
please dont use this tube without the proper license to do so.
Scrap kit used is "Rogue" by Bibi you can find her kits HERE

Mask of choice
Plugin used: Xero,eyecandy4000, dbs flux,
OK LET US START!
Ok open up the template shift +d to duplicate it close out the original.
Delete layer "glittered gradient star"
Start off with layer "glittered rectangle left" go to new layer - adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness
with these settings: hue: 40 saturation: 0 lightness: -24
Move up to "glittered rectangle right" and do again as you did above.
new layer - adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness
with these settings: hue: 40 saturation: 0 lightness: -24
Now move up to "rectangle left" and mark and open paper 11 and add as a new layer - invert and delete.
and now "rectangle right"
Go to "rectangle center" and new layer - adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness
with these settings: hue: 40 saturation: 0 lightness: -24
Small left & right circle layer do this new layer - adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness
with these settings: hue: 40 saturation: 0 lightness: -24
*Then go to plugins- dbs flux- bright noise
With these settings: intensity: 18 Darker
again go to plugins- xero - fritillary
With these settings: 3 - 30 - 7 - 19
Go to layer "glitter rectangle 1" make it black then go to
plugins - dbs flux
With these settings: intesity: 23 Lighter
No move up to "rectangle center 2" and mark and open paper 11
add as a new layer - invert and delete.
Go to layer "rectangle with glitter" and new layer - adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness
with these settings: hue: 40 saturation: 0 lightness: -24
Now move up to "circle 1 center mark and open paper 11
Now layer "glittered circle center" mark and add a new raster layer and flood fill with red and go to plugins - dbs flux
With these settings: Intensity: 25 Darker
Now move to "dotted circle center" and go to layers - new adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness
With these settings: Hue: 40 Saturation: 0 Lightness: 24
Now open up your close up tube of choice and mark layer "circle 2 center" and paste it as a new layer invert and delete.
Duplicate the close up layer and close the duplicated layer. Then right click and go to properties and choose - Luminance legacy
then open up the closed off duplicated layer and go to plugins - xero - radience
With these settings: 128 - 50 - 128 - 255
Now open element 9 and paste it as a new layer on rectangle left and rectangle right"
open element 44 and paste it on top of rectangle center 2.
open element 39 and paste on to the star layers, both of them.
open element 28 and paste on to of large circle layer.
open element 16 and paste on to small circle layers, duplicate and mirror.
open element 43 and paste on layer rectangle with glitter.
paste apple and piaono element in the bottom of that.
