I use paint shop 9 for my tutorials
You should know your way around in paint shop to use this tutorial...
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE GOING TO MAKE!
TOOLS NEEDED
Tube of choice i am using the art of Celine Art you can buy HERE
(Please do not use this tube without a license to do so!!!)
Scrap Kit used "Velvet" By Toxic Desirez you can find the kit HERE
Exclusive SATC Template By Kristin
Mask of choice i used mask Linesgrid mask 5 by Kristin HERE
Font used Amal
Plugins used Xero - Unplugged X - EyeCandy4000
OK LET US START!
Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.
Make top rectangle active and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer.
make bottom rectangle active and open paper 6 again and paste as a new layer.
Make top circle active and open paper 5 and paste as a new layer.
Go to effects- dbs flux - bright noise
With these settings:
Intensity: 40
Mix
Make bottom circle active and open paper 5 again and paste as a new layer.
Go to effects- dbs flux - bright noise
With these settings:
Intensity: 40
Mix
Make top square active
Go to effects- dbs flux - bright noise
With these settings:
Intensity: 40
Mix
Make bottom square active
Go to effects- dbs flux - bright noise
With these settings:
Intensity: 40
Mix
Make ractangle active and open paper 16 and paste as a naew layer.
Open tube of choice and paste as a new layer.
Elements:
Open web and rezie to 74% and paste behind the tube.
go to gradient glow take a purple from the tube and set glow to 3
and duplicate and flip.
Open bubbles and place behind the tube and duplicate and mirror.
Open filmstrip and add a new raster layer and take parts of the tube and paste into the frame and merge all together when you are happy.
Open sparkles and paste asa newl ayer up on top of the filmstrip layer.
Open kitty and paste behind the tube layer next to her legs.
Open flower 1 resize to paste on top of top circle and bottom circle.
Make background layer active and flood fill with black.
add mask and merge.
Add copyright and signature, and we are done=)

Template 120 By Creative by nature HERE
Font usedPlugins used Franklin Gothic
Xero - Unplugged X - EyeCandy4000
OK LET US START!
Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.
Make 11 active and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer.
Make 10 active and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer.
Make 8 active and open paper 4 and paste as a new layer.
Make 7 active and open paper 4 and paste as a new layer.
Make 6 active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer.
Remove layer 3,4 and 5
Go to effects - VanDer Lee - Unplugged X - Interlace
With these settings: 1-50-50-1-0-50
Normal
add this effect to all template layers.
Then add drop shadow to all layers as well.
Now take the tube of choice and paste it were you want it.
Elements:
Open sparkle 2 and paste it behind the tube.
Open skullylilly1 resize to 38% and paste behind tube.
Open frame 5 and paste behind tube.
Add copyright and signature and were done:o)

OK LET US START!
Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.
Make pink top rectangle active and open paper 20 and paste as a new layer.
Make pink bottom rectangle active and open paper 20 again and paste as a new layer.
Make top circle active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer.
Make bottom circle active and open paper 8 again and paste as a new layer.
Make blue top rectange active and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer.
Make blue bottom rectangle active and open paper 6 again and paste as a new layer.
Make top square active and open paper 10 and paste as a new layer.
Make bottom square active and open paper 10 and paste as a new layer.
Make oval active and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer.
Remember to add shadow to all layers.
Frame:
Open filmstrip add a new raster layer floodfill with color of choice
and move to bottom.
Now take the parts you want from the tube you are going to i use and paste it into to the frame 4 times.
Then merge the tube layers down and
go to xero - radience
with these settings:
128-50-128-255
Then go to background and go to
VanDer Lee - Unplugged X - Interlace
With these settings:
1-50-501-0-50
Normal
Then merge all layers and paste as a new layer on to template.
Elements:
Open bow2 resize to 40% and paste it were you want it.
Open charm and paste under the bow2.
Open sparkle and paste as a new layer onto oval layer.
Open splatter paste as a new layer on top oval layer.
Open web resize to 55% paste behind filmstrip and duplicate and flip it.
Open spider and resize to what you like and paste as a new layer on top of the web.
Now add signature and copyright and we are done=)
