I use paint shop 9 for my tutorials.
You should know your way around in paint shop to use this tutorial.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE GOING TO MAKE!
TOOLS NEEDED!
Tube of choice im using art of Gemini Creationz you can find her art HERE
please dont use this tube without the proper license to do so.
Scrap kit used is the gorjuss new kit from Bibi "Fly Me To The Moon" you can find her kits HERE
Template by Slow
Mask of choice
Ok open up the template shift +d to duplicate it close out the original.
Resize template to 700 X 700
Strat up with layer 2 and open paper 3 and resize 50% and paste as new layer, do the same to layer 4.
Then go to layer 3 and open paper 6 and paste as new layer.
do the same to layer 5.
Now go to layer 6 and open paper 10 and paste as a new layer.
Move up to layer 7 and mark it and flood fill with white color.
then open up the tube of choice and paste it were you want in the layer 7.
open element 10 and resize to 54% and paste it were you want it on top of layer 5 duplicat it a few times and place it were you want.
open element 11 and paste it in the corner of layer 7 as a new layer.
open element 12 resize to 59% and paste it near the flowers on layer 7
open element 15 and paste it on top of layer 3 duplicate and mirror it and flip it and move the duplicated one up to layer 5.
go to effect - plugins - eyecandy4000 - gradient glow with white color
With these settings: Glow Width: 11.00 Soft Corners: 25
Overall Opacity: 100
open elements 18 and paste as a new layer on top of layer 7.
open element 21 resize to 60% and paste it into the layer 7 frame
open element 22 resize 70% and go to the bottom layer and paste as new layer.
duplicate and mirror, duplicate and flip, duplicate and mirror.
open element 24 paste on top of layer 5 duplicate and move it under the frame as well.
open element 27 and paste were you want on top of layer 5.
open element 38 resize to 40% and paste on top of layer 7 in the corner.
then duplicate and paste in the bottom left corner as well.
open element 45 and paste it on top of layer 7 behind the tube.
Now add the tube of choice and copyright and name and we are done=)
